Webinar Recording – Job hunting for PhD students in Japan

Just finished a webinar last weekend – we were exploring the topic of how foreign students in PhD courses may want to approach job-hunting in Japan.

This particular focus is because many of the job-hunting rules which apply to bachelors and masters students don’t apply to PhD candidates. This can be a plus. However this often becomes a minus as there is confusion and conflicting information out there.

I moderated this webinar under MEXT Scholars Association and we had the help of two MEXT alumni working in Japan as well as Yuuki Iida-san, a professional career counselor for foreign students. Please take a look at the recording below if you are interested!
